Pressure Decay Leak Testing Systems

Detect leaks by pressurizing the test vessel, then cutting the air source to isolate the pressure inside the vessel, and using the leak test instrument controls to measure loss of pressure over a set period of time. These instruments provide highly accurate results, are sensitive enough to detect very small leaks, and can be calibrate to volumetric flow.

Tracer Gas (Helium) Leak Test Systems

Systems include sniff leak testing, nitrogen purge leak testing, accumulation tracer gas systems, and hard vacuum helium leak tests. Tracer gas leak detection systems provide high sensitivity, accuracy and repeatability and can be used to test parts with extreme leak rate requirements.

Mass Flow Leak Test Systems

fish-black Measure the volumetric flow of air passing through a product to determine the integrity of parts and components. These systems are designed for applications including flow testing, occlusion (blockage) testing, and functional testing of devices.

Vacuum Decay Leak Test Systems

Vacuum decay testing is very similar to pressure decay testing, however the part is evacuated instead of pressurized. Vacuum decay testing can also be used to test sealed parts that could have leakage from an external system, such as underwater sensors and housings, pipelines, outdoor electrical housings. Parts are placed in a test chamber which is stabilized, then instruments are used to monitor pressure changes indicating a leak.
